   Get guided first

   Our team directs you through the first steps before anything is due. You only choose payment when your case is ready to move forward.

   Choose how to pay

   Choose one $2,000 payment or split the service fee into two $1,000 payments. Either spouse may pay.

   Payment confirmation

   Our team records each received payment. Both private questionnaires open when the confirmed total reaches $2,000.

   Complete private questionnaires

   Each spouse answers their own detailed questions in a separate account. Answers remain private from the other spouse.

   Invite your spouse

   Send a private invitation link. You can see completion progress, but never the other person's private answers. They can join later if needed.

   Legal review

   The family law team checks both questionnaires, identifies conflicts and prepares the correct filing package.

   Get your documents

   The six-document package is prepared for signatures, notarization and filing.

   Our legal team finishes

   Your complete file is sent to our legal service team. They review it and complete the filing of your uncontested divorce.
